Aravyn opened the door and exited the Sanctuary's only bedroom after a good days rest. He had just completed a contract for the Dark Brotherhood, one of the Guild's he was close with, other than the Mage's Guild, for which he was Arch-Mage of. Aravyn walked up the stairs and into the Sanctuary's broad hall, looking around for Vicente, whom he had to report back to on his success for the completed contract. He saw him, standing in the hall, as if awaiting Aravyn's approach.

"Well now, you are an ambitious one, aren't you? I'm afraid I have no more contracts for you. Our time working together has come to an end." Vicente said when he spotted Aravyn. Aravyn was a bit shocked, but remained silent, awaiting what else was to be said.

"Instead you must report to Ocheeva, here in the Sanctuary. She will be providing all of your contracts from now on, and is waiting for you as we speak. Before you go, however, I intend to make good on an offer I made some time ago. As a vampire, I may pass on my gift to others as I see fit. You have served me well, and I choose now to extend that gift to you. Shall I use my dark powers to turn you in to a vampire?" He said, his sharp teeth glistening in the light as he spoke. Aravyn knew Vicente was a vampire ever since he met him when he became a fellow assassin, however, he never thought much of it. He had certainly never been scared of being bitten in the night, though the thought was never far off from his mind.

"No thanks," Aravyn replied,"the thought of sinking my teeth into another human's body is rather...disgusting." He shivered at the thought.

"Yes, I can understand your trepidation. For it is not every day one is invited to join the ranks of the undead, eh? If you ever change your mind, fear not. My offer will always be open. Simply return and speak to me about the Dark Gift, and we can proceed."

"I doubt that will be any time soon..." Aravyn said softly, yet with a harsh tone. He hadn't meant to sound mean, but he didn't want to become one of those beasts of the night, with their red glowing eyes of constant hunger for blood.
Aravyn walked away from the vampire, seeing as how the conversation was ended, walked towards the well-exit, and up the ladder. He didn't feel like starting another contract just yet, even if Ocheeva was waiting for him. She could wait. It's not as if those who are wished to be killed are going to die any time soon, right?

He began walking towards the Newlands Lodge, a Dunmer inn which he felt at home with. Perhaps it was because he too was a Dunmer. Or maybe it was because every time he came here, he was always greeted by friendly faces. Aravyn entered the inn and headed downstairs to the bar area of the inn to grab a drink. He was heading for the counter to order when someone who was sitting at a table to his left called to him.

"Hey, you there," said the Dunmer. He had darker grey skin than Aravyn had, and his eyes glowed red with fiery passion. His hair was black, spiked, and short; the opposite of his own, which was white and long. He gestured for Aravyn to come closer. Aravyn didn't like the idea of a stranger talking to him so informally, but he obeyed the Dunmer's request and walked up to him.
"How about a drinking game?" The Dunmer offered.

"Hmph," Aravyn scoffed at the idea of such whimsical-ness,"no thanks, I'll pass on that offer." He started to turn around and leave, but the Dunmer quickly interrupted him.

"Not even..."The Dunmer said as he pulled out a blade wrapped in cloth and set it on the table. "For this?" He said as he un-clothed it, revealing a Daedric Longsword. Aravyn was captured by the blade's beauty and eloquence. It looked much like his own Daedric Shortsword that he aquired from the dead body of a Dremora he had defeated some time ago, yet it had distinct differences. The Longsword's blade was straight, and of course, longer than his shortsword. The blade screamed for blood, as it was new and never used. Where did someone like him acquire such a sword? Aravyn didnt like submitting...but the blade had too much value to be passed up.

"Fine," said Aravyn, submitting to the Dunmer's will. "But I'll be choosing what we drink," he said, pointing warningly at the Dunmer.

"Fair enough," responded the Dunmer as he held his hands out innocently, showing that he didnt mind. Aravyn then went to the counter and ordered a few Cyrodiilic Brandy's, his favorite alcoholic beverage, and then returned to sit next to the Dunmer, placing the wine bottles on the table. The Dunmer opened a bottle and poured half into his tankard, then half into Aravyn's.
"First round," he said, picking up his cup. Aravyn picked his up also, and the Dunmer clanked his tankard against his own, signaling them to drink. Both Dunmer guzzled their drinks down, the wine pouring its sweet taste down their throats. They set their cups down, and the Dunmer refilled them.
"Round two," said the Dunmer, and the two drank again. As they set their tankards down on the table to be refilled, the Dunmer looked at Aravyn with watchful eyes as he refueled the cups.
"Are you feeling anything yet?" He said, picking up his cup.

"Hah," Aravyn replied, tipping his head back in a short laugh of disbelief, feeling as though the Dunmer doubted his ablities. "Feeling anything? Obviously you are already a bit tipsy, if you should be asking me that question." Then he emptied his cup, as the Dunmer watched him with hungry lips, and then drained his own. After the third cup, Aravyn felt the effects of the wine getting to him. His vision blurred and his mind numbed. He could feel his cheeks burn pink. Perhaps if it weren't for this, he would have noticed the odd blue glow that was cast around his cup as the other Dunmer poured more wine into their tankards.

"One more? Or are you not man enough to handle it?" Taunted the Dunmer as he held Aravyn's tankard up. Aravyn snatched it out of his hands.

"Of course I am, that sword will be mine, you'll see." Aravyn tilted his head back as he drained his cup. It was only a few seconds later that his world went dark.

Aravyn woke up to find himself in a room. He began to get up, but chains around either of his wrists prevented him from doing so. His chest was bare, which meant he had taken his shirt off. Or had he? He couldnt remember. He looked left and right, and found himself to be on a bed in the middle of a room. To his right was a window that had its curtains closed, but a opening between them let no light in.

"It must be night time," he thought to himself. Thinking made his head hurt, as he remembered that he had drank not long ago. "But how long was I out? A few hours? Days, even?"

The door across from the bed he lay on opened slowly, and Aravyn squited to try and see who was entering. His eyes could only make out a figure in the shape of a man as he walked closer to him, and crawled on to the bed, his eyes burning bright in the darkness. The man crawled over and on top of Aravyn, the man's legs trapping his own. The man's body moved closer to Aravyn's. Aravyn blushed as their bare chest's touched. The man intertwined his hands with Aravyn's, and his head came closer as he licked his neck. Aravyn instinctively tilted his head upward. He couldn't fight back. Or was it...he didn't want to?

"I promise to make this as painless as possible..." The man whispered in Aravyn's ear. A sharp pain engulfed Aravyn as the man sunk his teeth into his neck. Aravyn let out a small groan as his blood was being sucked from his body, and again entered the world of darkness, his eyes slowly closing, but not before the man kissed his lips which were stained with his own blood. The taste of blood ran through Aravyn's mind as he fell unconcious.

Here are the words that are supposed to be turned into a manga. This is a little yaoi story between my Oblivion character Aravyn → [link] and my Oblivion OC Dhastav → [link]

So far I have planned out 7 parts to the story, with more to come, including chibi shorts in between which will be manga-only. This is the 1st part of the story.

I'll probably edit this continously until Im pleased with it.

Finally figured out that you can use Sta.sh to submit it. About 5 minutes after the fact xD
Reminder to self: Always use Sta.sh writer from now on when submitting any sort of writing.
